I got a new phone / reinstalled — where is my wallet?

Sign in with the same email you used before. Privy restores the same wallet. Your coins were never on the phone — they live on the blockchain.

How do I back up my wallet?

In the app: You → cog → Back up / export key. Solana wallets back up with one secret key (not 12 words). Store it somewhere only you can reach — anyone with the key controls the funds.

A trade failed — did I lose money?

The trade screen always says where the money is. "Nothing left your wallet" means exactly that. If a transaction was sent, tap Solscan on the trade to see it on-chain.

Can you reverse a transaction?

No one can. Solana transactions are final — that's a property of the blockchain, not a policy.

What does Moonrun charge?

0.5% per swap, shown on the buy screen before you confirm, plus network fees (about $0.02 on Solana). Cross-chain trades also carry bridge and destination-chain fees — always inside the quote you see before signing.

Why is a coin marked "low liq"?

Its trading pool is shallow. Your own buy moves the price and selling out near the shown price may be impossible. Trade small or skip it.
